6. Affiliate Tracking (GCLID)
When you arrive on Thames Fortune via a Google Ads campaign, a Google Click ID (gclid) parameter may be present in the URL. We capture this parameter to:
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising
• Properly attribute affiliate referrals
This identifier is appended to outbound affiliate links when you click through to a casino. It is stored in your browser's session storage. It is not linked to personally identifiable information.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
We may share data with:
• Analytics providers: Only if we enable such tools in future under an appropriate lawful basis.
• Casino Operators: A gclid identifier (not personally identifiable data) may be passed to affiliate partners when you click through. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.

All third parties we work with are required to handle data in accordance with GDPR.
8. Data Retention
Contact form data: Retained for 12 months, then securely deleted.
If analytics tools are enabled in future, retention will follow that provider's documented defaults.
